Wir bieten Ihnen unterschiedliche Planungsleistungen an. Es kann ein Konzept sein, ein Gebäude oder eine städtebauliche Aufgabe. Zwei Punkte sind uns jedoch immer wichtig:
die Qualität der Architektur oder Planung und ihre Nachhaltigkeit.

Nachhaltigkeit hat mehrere Aspekte, etwa bei Gebäuden:
Während der gesamten Lebensdauer zahlt der Besitzer weit mehr Geld für die Betriebsenergie seines Gebäudes als für den Bau selbst. Es macht keinen ökonomischen Sinn, nur die Herstellung zu betrachten und nicht an die Betriebskosten zu denken. Diese Aspekte in eine qualitätsvollen Architektur zu übernehmen sehen wir als unsere Aufgabe.

We offer a wide range of options in terms of architecture. It could be a building, a report or a brief for town planning. Two points are always important: the quality of architecture or planning and its sustainability.

There is more than one side to sustainability:
During the whole lifetime of a building the owner or landlord will pay much more for electricity and heating than for the original cost of the building itself. It makes no economical sense just focussing on building costs – there has to be equal emphasis on the whole building’s lifecycle. The fact of climate change has to be taken into consideration within the design and construction process: buildings have to be sustainable.

We can call on our national and international partner network if needed to pursue large – scale projects and work project-wise in teams with our partner firms.
